Due to the nature of handcrafts, all measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
ORDERING
You may request a desired ship date as well as a cancellation date (the last day we can ship order).
Be sure to advise of special event & open house dates. When ordering, include the company's name, buyer's name, shipping address (advise if residential) and telephone number. Your order could be delayed if we are unable to contact you by phone.
You may change your desired ship date if you call or fax us prior to the original desired ship date.
You may cancel your order without penalty by calling us at least 10 days prior to your desired ship date in which case you will be issued a Cancellation Authorization Number. You may however be responsible for the cancellation of Special Order merchandise if raw materials were obtained specific to your order and/or if these items were produced for you prior to your cancellation request.

All Orders are shipped either DHL or UPS for sku numbers containing 'bbf'. Cost of shipping is added to the invoice and is as follows:

3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, 1st Day Air, and all shipments outside the continental us: shipping charge will be calculated when order is packed.
We try to ship ASAP orders in the sequence in which they are received (first come/first served).
Although we cannot guarantee specific ship dates, we will honor them as closely as possible.
Orders will not be shipped if there is an unpaid balance on your account or if your credit card is declined.
If credit card is declined or card is not available at time of shipping, a $3.00 charge will be added to order. Order will be cancelled within one week of notice to store.

CLAIMS
We carefully check all the items you order and pack them to arrive at your place in good shape. Sometimes we pack smaller items inside larger ones or multiple items together for stability in shipping. Unfortunately, in-spite of our best efforts, problems sometimes occur .
Please check your order as soon after receipt as possible. Any errors or damages must be reported (call toll free) within 10 days of receipt of goods. The sooner you call us, the sooner we can help.
On a damaged shipment, please retain all packing materials until resolution is made.
A deduction will be allowed for damage, shortage or return of merchandise without prior authorization.
RETURNS
No merchandise may be returned without our authorization (you will receive a Return Authorization Number to include in your return shipment) .
Unauthorized returns and refused shipments will result in a service charge of 20% of the invoiced amount (including shipping). You will be charged 100% on Special Order Merchandise.
If return is result of our error, full credit or exchange will be made.
